Cassette Tape Cyanotypes by Christian Marclay

These ghost of cassette tapes past are created by resting the cassettes on photosensitive paper, like a photogram, and making multiple exposures with a light source. It looks like you could purchase prints at Marclay’s site at some point, but all the current pieces are listed as no longer available. Kinda like actual cassettes, huh? I wonder if that’s an artistic statement.
